Epoxy Based Mortar Repair
DESCRIPTION
Deltacon EP Mortar is an adhesive compound made from blended epoxy resin adhesive and special fine fillers. This two components adhesive and repair mortar are designed for structural use, ensuring a very good bonding of concrete elements, masonry, ceramic, wood, asbestos, cement, polyester.
USES
Deltacon EP Mortar can be used for structural repair; sealing cracks and joints in concrete, bonding concrete elements. Installation of reinforcement starter bars, bolts, dowels, pin.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Surface Preparation
Concrete must be clean and sound, dry and free from oil or grease, laitance and dust. Some Preparation work may needed to concrete by using approved mechanical methods such as sandblast. Steel bar should be free from any grease and rust.
Application
Stir each component first before mixed them together. Then part B - hardener should be added to the part A component, mixed them in part A base can for minimum three minutes using slow speed driller. Please ensure after mixing, the mixture will have an uniform grey colour.
For Pre Cast Element
The mix adhesive should be applied at the required thickness, layer by layer using notched trowel or other suitable spreader tools. Please ensure that the bonded elements are supported firmly in place until adhesive compound has fully set.
For Steel Anchoring
The mixture shall be poured or pumped into the anchor hole. Anchor bar then pressed into the filled hole up to required depth. Please ensure that the anchor are undisturbed in its position until the adhesive compound has fully set.

Deltacon EP Mortar is in one set ; 5 kg, 2 component.
STORAGE
Deltacon EP Mortar has a shelf life of 12 months if kept 35 ºC or below in unopened containers.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Deltacon EP Mortar may caused harm in some skin contact, avoid contact with skins, eyes and
inhalation of vapor. Protective gloves and eyes protection are highly recommended during work of application.
Deltacon EP Mortar contains solvent that is a flammable liquid, and only be used in well ventilated areas.
FIRE
Deltacon EP Mortar is non-flammable material.
