Water-Based Silicone Coating Economical
DESCRIPTION
Deltacoat SWB1 is an emulsion economical grade, based on a stabilized mixture of silane and siloxane. Deltacoat SWB1 serve as a high – quality, general – purpose water repellent for impregnating and priming mineral surfaces.
USES
Deltacoat SWB1 reduces the capillary absorption of the building, which it has penetrated, but does not clog pores or capillaries. Deltacoat SWB1 can be applied directly on brick, sand – lime bricks, natural sandstone and mineral plasters. Deltacoat SWB1 should be a primer for the topcoat. It will penetrate into mineral substrates and bond covalently to the substrates. Deltacoat SWB1 is paintable. Deltacoat SWB1 may also serve as a water – repellent primer.

COVERAGE
The coverage of Deltacoat SWB1 is approximately 300 gr/m2 for two times coating.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTION- Make sure the substrate is clean, sound, free of dust, dirt, oils and grease, efflorescence and old paint coatings.
- The substrate must look dry with no damp patches.
- Any cracks of more than 300 µm must be repaired first prior to carry out the hydrophobic treatment.
APPLICATION
Deltacoat SWB1 can be applied using roller or brush. The two ‘wet on wet’ are needed to ensure complete coverage. If it starts to rain, stop the application and cover the impregnated areas.
CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT
Clean all of equipment with water immediately after use.
