Water Repellent Impregnation
DESCRIPTION
DELTAPROOF CONSEAL SUPER is water – based on a stabilized mixture of silane and siloxane. DELTAPROOF CONSEAL SUPER serves as a high-quality, long lasting water repellent for an excellent impregnation for many mineral substrates, e.g. Bricks, clinkers, sandstone, natural stone or mineral plaster.
USES
DELTAPROOF CONSEAL SUPER reduces the capillary absorption of the building, which it has penetrated, but does not clog pores or capillaries. DELTAPROOF CONSEAL SUPER can be applied directly on brick, sand – lime bricks, natural sandstone and mineral plasters.

COVERAGE
The coverage of DELTAPROOF CONSEAL SUPER is approximately 1 litre/3-10 m2 without dilution. The consumption depends on the porosity of substrate.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTION PRETREATMENT
- Make sure the substrate is clean, sound, free of dust, dirt, oils and grease, efflorescence and old paint coatings.
- The substrate must look dry with no damp patches.
- Any cracks of more than 300 µm must be repaired first prior to carry out the hydrophobic treatment.
APPLICATION
Stir DELTAPROOF CONSEAL SUPER first before using. It can be applied using roller, brush, spray or by flooding. The two ‘wet to wet’ are needed to ensure complete coverage. If it starts to rain, stop the application and cove the impregnated areas.
CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT
Clean all of the equipment with water immediately after use.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
DELTAPROOF CONSEAL SUPER is a water – based product but it should not be swallowed or allowed to come into contact with skin and eyes. Make sure the applicator uses personal protective equipment before application. Keep unprotected persons away. In case contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water for 10 – 15 minutes. In case contact with skin, remove contaminated or soaked clothing. Immediately rinse with plenty of soap and water.
