DESCRIPTION

DELTAPROOF CONSEAL TWP is superior grade of water – based liquid –applied waterproofing with an integral system in concrete. When DELTAPROOF CONSEAL TWP is applied, it seeps into the way down and through the capillary voids in the concrete. DELTAPROOF CONSEAL TWP will react with the free lime in the concrete slab and will form an impervious layer.

USES
DELTAPROOF CONSEAL TWP is suitable for bathrooms, deck concrete, etc.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
Surface Preparations
Make sure the surface to be coated is dry, clean, and free from dirt, rust, grease, oil, mold or any other loose material. It will be best to sweep away all the debris and dust before application.
•    Bathroom ( ceramic tile flooring )
Make sure the conditions of the tile grout is still good. Repair the tile grout if eroded, chipped, and other damages.
Make sure the condition of the joint between floor drainage with ceramic tile and concrete is still good. Repair the joint if eroded, chipped, and other damages using DELTAGROUT CG or a mixture of DELTABOND SB 1 and cement (1: 1.25 by volume.
For the upper floor’s application, make sure the condition of the concrete is still good. Repair the concrete if some hairline cracks using a mixture of DELTABOND SB 1 and cement (1 : 1.25 by volume) and repair the concrete if some leakages because the concrete is porous using DELTACOAT CSH.
•    Concrete Deck
For hairline cracks, repair using a mixture of DELTABOND SB 1 and cement (1:1.25 by volume).
 
APPLICATION
DELTAPROOF CONSEAL TWP can be applied on hold concrete (minimum 30 days old). Spray
DELTAPROOF CONSEAL TWP and let it dry until 8 hours before using the area. The coverage for DELTAPROOF CONSEAL TWP
-    For need ceramic in bathroom or balcony: 1 L for 8 – 22 m2.
-    For concrete deck : 1 L for 3 – 5 m2

PRECAUTION
HEALTH AND SAFETY
If contact with liquid, the skin should be washed with soap and plenty of water. Goggles should be worn when spraying with a short range. Any eye contamination should be washed with plenty of water. When used in an enclosed area, good ventilation must be provided.
