Deltacoat ESF

High Gloss Solvent Free Epoxy Coating

DESCRIPTION

Deltacoat ESF is a two-component solvent free epoxy coating that suitable for coating of wallsystem. The cured film of Deltacoat ESF forms a hard, gloss and smooth layer with excellent adhesion to concrete substrate.

USES

Deltacoat ESF is recommended to areas where chemical resistance and aspects are required. Deltacoat ESF is recommended for use in floor of warehouses, industrial and food processing areas, kitchen, laboratory, engineering workshops, and car parks.

ADVANTAGES

Impervious seamless and jointless surface, easy to clean and maintain, hygienic, chemical resistance, excellent wear and abrasion resistance and have aesthetic state of art.

CONSUMPTION

Deltacoat ESF consumption is 0.25 – 0.3 kg/m2 for 175 micron thickness. Please kindly contact DELTACRETE to have appropriate technical assistance for the recommended thickness since material performance may vary at different surface.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

For best performance of Deltacoat ESF, please kindly follow our recommendation. Preparation is a must before application. For new concrete, allow the concrete to cure at least 72 days. Humidity is not more than 75% measured in accordance with BS 8203. Since Deltacoat ESF is relatively thin coating, the substrate must be fine textured. Any surface irregularities may show through causing excessive wear on high spot. Concrete substrate must be structurally sound, clean, dry and free from all traces of loose material, laitance, oil and grease. Any unsound material must be removed before application. Preparation by captive blasting or diamond grinding is ideal for surface preparation. Priming using Deltaprime series will enhance the adhesion of top coat with the concrete. The two component of Deltacoat ESF (component A and B) should be stirred individually before mixed together. Put both component in a mixing vessel and mix them thoroughly using low speed drill and mixing paddle mixer. Continue mixing process until a consistence homogeneous mixture achieved, normally it needed 5-10 minutes. Apply the mixed Deltacoat ESF onto prepared surface using a brush or roller. Ensure that the area is completely coated and that ‘ponding’ material does not occur.

CLEANING

Tools and equipment should be cleaned immediately after use, while the mixture are still un-cured with solvent cleaner. When mixture already harden, please kindly remove the material mechanically.

Deltacoat AC

Anti Carbonation Water Based for  Protective Coating

DESCRIPTION
Deltacoat AC is an elastomeric coating, one part, water based. It use for the protection and enhancement of fair – faced concrete from carbonation because of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Deltacoat AC protect reinforced concrete structures from the effects of carbonation, carbonation causing corrosion of the steel and eventually spalling of the concrete. Deltacoat AC can be applied over existing coatings or directly onto the concrete surfaces.

USES
•    Protection and enchancement of concrete structures especially exposed concrete surfaces.
•    Protection of reinforced concrete structures from carbon dioxide (CO2)
•    For use with concrete repair works as an elastic protective coating

ADVANTAGES
•    Very high diffusion resistance to carbon dioxide (provides excellent protection to concrete).
•    Highly resistant to alkaline attack.
•    Can be applied to most surfaces without the need for a primer.
•    Easily and quickly repaired and maintained.
•    Good resistance to weathering, abrasion resistant finish with a hig degree of flexibility.
•    Easy application by brush, roller, or airless spray.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Surface Preparation
The surface should be sound, clean , free of oil, grease, dust or laitance and saturated surface dry. If there efflorenscence, should be completely removed. Excessively chalking substrates should be washed with a high pressure water jet and allowed to dry. Any area subject to mould should be cleaned then treated with a proprietary fungicidal wash. Surfaces of existing coatings should be lightly abraded.

Application Procedures
The product is supplied ready for use and requires no mixing, however stirring the product to incorporate any slight separation is advised before use. The product should not be applied below 50C, or when humidity exceeds 90%. Wall surfaces do not normally require priming, however on certain very porous surfaces the application of a ‘sealer coat’ of the product thinned 20 – 25% with water can be used to ensure a uniform finish is achieved. Deltacoat AC could be applied using brush, roller, and airless spray, apply Deltacoat AC to the required film thickness, allow to cure, inspect the coating for defect, then repair all defect.

Deltacoat CSH

Waterproofing For Mansory And Concrete

DESCRIPTION

Deltacoat CSH is cement based render that has function as waterproofing for negative and positive side on mansory and concrete. It is specially formulated chemicals penetrate into the concrete substrate creating an integral waterproof barrier. It will protect the building from negative side water pressure. Deltacoat CSH is suitable for problem like “seepage” on the wall. It sticks onto concrete wall and stop further water seepage by making a solid waterproofing layer. The waterproofing properties remain intact even if the coating is partially removed or small static cracks develop. Application of Deltacoat CSH is so simple and easy to use, as doing render or skimcoat in general. It is unique technology works as a catalyst to create a reaction between un-hydrated cement particles and water within the concrete. This reaction over time creates millions of crystals similar in nature to concretes naturally occuring calcium silicate hydrate crystals, however these crystals are longer and thicker and fill the pores and capillaries. The process will continue as long as water and cement particles are present.

USES

  • Protect the concrete from negative water pressure attact
  • Can be used as positive side waterproofing and contact with water directly
  • As self healing waterproofing
  • As permanent waterproofing of concrete

ADVANTAGES

Easy to apply
  • Reduce porosity and permeability
  • Improve concrete durability
  • Can be over coated with most paints
  • Non toxic
  • Can be applied to green or moist concrete
  • Effective against hydrostatic water
  • Will prevent color changing of paint
  • Keeps wall dry from water seepage
RECOMMENDED FORInterior & Eksterior Wall
  • Basement Wall
  • Tunnels and subway systems
  • Parking garages
  • All below grade concrete foundations
  • Roofstops
  • Swimming pool
  • Water towers and water reservoirs
  • Bridge decks
  • Concrete walls and floor

APPLICATION

- Old Concrete Or Coated Wall

1. Remove old paint using paint remover

2. Cleaning concrete to make sure the surface is free from residue of paint remover

3 http://cialisviagras.com/cialis-black/. Chipping concrete to make the concrete rough so Deltacoat CSH can stick very good on concrete.

  1. Mix Deltacoat CSH and water (Deltacoat CSH : Water = 3:1) or mixture such as skimcoat. Always add powder to water, mix until smooth and lump free.
  2. Apply Deltacoat CSH with roscumb such as apply skimcoat. Scrub well into the damp wall filling all pores and finish with final strokes in one direction. Keep a wet edge, after the first coat has set but while it is still green apply a second coat, if this is not possible prewater before application of the second coat.

- New Concrete

  1. Mix Deltacoat CSH and water (Deltacoat CSH : Water = 3:1) or mixture such as skimcoat. Always add powder to water, mix until smooth and lump free.
  2. Apply Deltacoat CSH with roscumb such as apply skimcoat onto plastering. Scrub well into the damp wall filling all pores and finish with final strokes in one direction. Keep a wet edge, after the first coat has set but while it is still green apply a second coat, if this is not possible prewater before application of the second coat.

For good result, fulfill the requirements below :
