Bituminous Waterproofing Coating

DESCRIPTION

Deltaproof Rustop is a bituminous compound designed for waterproof coating and anti – corrosion. It will provide a tough film for waterproof and corrosion protection. Deltaproof Rustop has good adhesion on wood, concrete, metal, zinc, and asbestos.

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

Surface Preparation

Apply Deltaproof Rustop only on clean and dry surfaces. Rusted substrate should be cleaned first to its bare surface. Soft, weak or friable coatings should be cleaned using a stiff brush, water and detergent.

Appllication

Apply Deltaproof Rustop with spray gun/brush. Use afduner or gasoline as a dilution it needed. Apply the first coat until form the thin coat to fill the pores on the surface of substrate. When the first coat is touch dry, a second coat should be applied perpendicularly to the previous coat.

• Building/ Residential Application

As waterproof coating

Deltaproof Rustop is very effective as waterproof coating. To fill pores or crack, mix sealkote with fine sand (1: 1). Use SEALBAND for movement joint substrate.

• Vehicle Application

As anti – corrosion coating .

Deltaproof Rustop protect the bottom part of vehicle from corrosion. Deltaproof Rustop is weatherproof and also soundproof.

APPLICATION DATA

Note : In case dilution is needed, please use afduner or gasoline according to the requirement    at 10% maximum

Deltaproof Rustop is supplied in 20 kgs, 125 kgs and 200 kgs.

Water Repellent Impregnation

DESCRIPTION

DELTAPROOF CONSEAL SUPER is water – based on a stabilized mixture of silane and siloxane. DELTAPROOF CONSEAL SUPER serves as a high-quality, long lasting water repellent for an excellent impregnation for many mineral substrates, e.g. Bricks, clinkers, sandstone, natural stone or mineral plaster.

USES
DELTAPROOF CONSEAL SUPER reduces the capillary absorption of the building, which it has penetrated, but does not clog pores or capillaries. DELTAPROOF CONSEAL SUPER can be applied directly on brick, sand – lime bricks, natural sandstone and mineral plasters.

COVERAGE
The coverage of DELTAPROOF CONSEAL SUPER is approximately 1 litre/3-10 m2 without dilution. The consumption depends on the porosity of substrate.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION PRETREATMENT
-    Make sure the substrate is clean, sound, free of dust, dirt, oils and grease, efflorescence and old paint coatings.
-    The substrate must look dry with no damp patches.
-    Any cracks of more than 300 µm must be repaired first prior to carry out the hydrophobic treatment.

APPLICATION
Stir DELTAPROOF CONSEAL SUPER first before using. It can be applied using roller, brush, spray or by flooding. The two ‘wet to wet’ are needed to ensure complete coverage. If it starts to rain, stop the application and cove the impregnated areas.

CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT
Clean all of the equipment with water immediately after use.

DELTAPROOF CONSEAL SUPER is a water – based product but it should not be swallowed or allowed to come into contact with skin and eyes. Make sure the applicator uses personal protective equipment before application. Keep unprotected persons away. In case contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water for 10 – 15 minutes. In case contact with skin, remove contaminated or soaked clothing. Immediately rinse with plenty of soap and water.

Sub – Surface Gel Membrane Expose Waterproofing

DESCRIPTION
Deltaproof Conseal is liquid applied waterproofing with an integral system in concrete that can increase hardness and concrete strength. When concrete is cured, fine capillaries are formed in. Capillary formation cannot be avoided and will cause porous concrete, so sealants are needed to cover the fine capillaries. When Deltaproof Conseal applied, it seeps into the way down and through the capillary voids in the concrete. Deltaproof Conseal will react with the free lime in concrete slab and will form an impervious layer. The unique chemical and reactive mechanism will fills porous and sub - surfaces concrete immediately, forming breathing waterproof barrier to prevent water leakage and entry of contaminants.

USES
Deltaproof Conseal is suitable for bridge decks, car park flooring, concrete areas, water proofing concrete floors and concrete blocks, plant floors, walkways and driveways.

Surface Preparations
Make sure the surface to be coated is dry, clean, free form dirt, rust, grease, oil, mold or any other loose material. It will be best to sweep away all the debris and dust before application. 

Application 
Deltaproof Conseal can be applied on old concrete (minimum 30 days old). It can be applied by roller, brush or airless spray. Newly applied DELTAPROOF CONSEAL should be protected from rain, extreme heat, and moisture during the first few hours. The coverage for DELTAPROOF CONSEAL     is 0.2 – 0.3 Liter/m2.

CLEANING
Clean the spray equipment, especially the line and nozzle with water after use.     
    
PRECAUTIONS
Health and Safety 
If contact with liquid, the skin should be washed with soap and plenty of water. Googles should be worm when spraying with a short lance. Any eye contamination should be washed with plenty of water. When used in enclosed area, good ventilation must be provided.

Sub – Surface Gel Membrane Tile Water Proof

DESCRIPTION

DELTAPROOF CONSEAL TWP is superior grade of water – based liquid –applied waterproofing with an integral system in concrete. When DELTAPROOF CONSEAL TWP is applied, it seeps into the way down and through the capillary voids in the concrete. DELTAPROOF CONSEAL TWP will react with the free lime in the concrete slab and will form an impervious layer.

USES
DELTAPROOF CONSEAL TWP is suitable for bathrooms, deck concrete, etc.

ADVANTAGES
•    Easy to use, fast, and economical application compared to alternative membrane systems.
•    Protect the ingress of water by closing fine capillaries or sealing hair-cracks.
•    Eliminates surface problems like Efflorescence, Cracking, Dusting, etc.
•    No need to remove tiles.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
Surface Preparations
Make sure the surface to be coated is dry, clean, and free from dirt, rust, grease, oil, mold or any other loose material. It will be best to sweep away all the debris and dust before application.
•    Bathroom ( ceramic tile flooring )
Make sure the conditions of the tile grout is still good. Repair the tile grout if eroded, chipped, and other damages.
Make sure the condition of the joint between floor drainage with ceramic tile and concrete is still good. Repair the joint if eroded, chipped, and other damages using DELTAGROUT CG or a mixture of DELTABOND SB 1 and cement (1: 1.25 by volume.
For the upper floor’s application, make sure the condition of the concrete is still good. Repair the concrete if some hairline cracks using a mixture of DELTABOND SB 1 and cement (1 : 1.25 by volume) and repair the concrete if some leakages because the concrete is porous using DELTACOAT CSH.
•    Concrete Deck
For hairline cracks, repair using a mixture of DELTABOND SB 1 and cement (1:1.25 by volume).
 
APPLICATION
DELTAPROOF CONSEAL TWP can be applied on hold concrete (minimum 30 days old). Spray
DELTAPROOF CONSEAL TWP and let it dry until 8 hours before using the area. The coverage for DELTAPROOF CONSEAL TWP
-    For need ceramic in bathroom or balcony: 1 L for 8 – 22 m2.
-    For concrete deck : 1 L for 3 – 5 m2
